Hack the Ice!

The Antarctic Space Agency (ASA) and the South Pole Penguin Nation (SPPN) are hosting a 48-hour hackathon to solve real challenges facing penguin communities.

Challenge Tracks:

  • Fish Finder AI: Build machine learning models to optimize fishing routes
  • Ice Navigation: Create tools for safe travel across shifting ice sheets
  • Colony Communication: Design systems for penguin-to-penguin messaging
  • Climate Resilience: Develop solutions for adapting to changing conditions

Teams of 3-5 penguins. All skill levels welcome. Prizes include premium fish vouchers and bragging rights.
